Introduction
The light was bright, but very familiar. Once again I was standing in front of Jesus Christ. With a mixture of His voice (coming as thoughts in my
head) and a feeling of understanding throughout my body, I heard Him say, "Write a book called The Essentials of Life." To my question, "But where do I start?" Jesus answered, "From the
beginning...."
This book starts with a biography of my life and experiences, my spiritual awakening, channeled information I received in meditation, and how everything I experienced has led me to my Life´s Purpose: To bring light and healing - physical, mental and spiritual, through the ever dwelling Truth.
All that I write here is true and has been experienced by me. My hopes are that you will be able to relate to my experiences with an open mind and a willingness to understand what is written between the lines. There is a bigger picture, and you are part of it. Each one of us is part of it. As you relate to me, you open a door to yourself, for we are all connected through experiences. Life itself holds the truth of your being, which is intertwined with everyone's experience shown to you through your own experience.
